A Delaware public benefit corporation
Neutral infrastructure for how communities decide.
We build civic platforms where verified residents deliberate in small groups and publish proposals that rise on citizen support alone. No engagement algorithm, no data sale, no candidate rankings.
Chartered, not promised
Five things we will never do.
Written into our certificate of incorporation, with a two-thirds shareholder lock on changing them or on leaving public-benefit status.
- Never sell or share individual-level user data. Aggregate, k-anonymized data only.
- Never store identity documents or biometrics.
- Never endorse, rank, rate, score, or match candidates or ballot measures.
- Never accept payment from campaigns, parties, or PACs except published-price, equal-terms services.
- Never give any account paid influence over support counts, visibility, or moderation.
What we build
WePolitics
Residents form small private groups, draft an issue for their town, state, or nation, and publish it into a public hierarchy where immutable versions compete on verified citizen support. Free to browse. Free to participate. No paywall on participation, ever.
Counted on the server
Every count is derived from an append-only ledger and re-derived nightly, with the integrity report published.
Verify, then forget
Residency is checked once against a government ID, and the document is discarded. We keep a proof, not the person.
Provable public claims
Every public statement about the system is backed by a dated analysis we publish. We attack our own design first.
