About Social Sapiens Corporation
Social Sapiens Corporation is a Delaware public benefit corporation that builds WePolitics, a civic engagement platform where verified residents collaborate on issue proposals in small private groups and publish them into a public hierarchy, town, state, and national, where immutable versions of each proposal compete on verified, server-counted citizen support. The company's charter locks in a set of never-covenants, including a bar on selling individual-level data and on endorsing, ranking, or scoring candidates or ballot measures, amendable only by two-thirds of all outstanding shares.
